Norwegian Salmon Skewers with Curry Yogurt

Here is a tasteful recipe where Norwegian salmon is covered in poppy seeds and sesame seeds and served with a curry yogurt.

  • Cut the salmon into triangles or cubes and thread on wooden skewers.

  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover in poppy seeds and sesame seeds.

  • Pan-fry in a little olive oil, quickly on both sides.

  • Mix yogurt with curry, a little olive oil, salt and pepper.

Serve the salmon skewers with the curry yogurt.
