A simple way to prepare Norwegian salmon, with everything in one parcel. The dish can be baked in the oven or grilled on a barbecue outdoors.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Cut the salmon fillet into portions.
Peel and slice the potatoes into extra thin slices.
Finely chop garlic, cut spring onion into thin slices, bell pepper in strips and tomato in slices.
Spread a little crème fraîche on the foil sheets and top with the potatoes, garlic, spring onion, bell pepper and tomato.
Place one piece of salmon fillet in each parcel, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and divide the rest of the crème fraîche between the parcels.
Close the foil around the salmon and place the parcels fold side up on a baking tray.
Bake in the middle of the oven until everything is cooked through, approx. 15 minutes.
Serve with what you like.
Tip: The parcels can also be grilled on a barbecue.
