Norwegian Salmon Burger in Pita with Salad

A homemade burger is always popular. A fish burger of Norwegian salmon in pita with salad and homemade Thousand Island dressing is something no one can say no to.

  • Cut the salmon in dices and chop parsley.

  • Put the salmon in a food processor with salt and run for a couple of seconds.

  • Add egg and run for a couple of seconds.

  • Add milk, potato flour, pepper and parsley, and run to a even farce.

  • Make a little burger, fry it in a pan and taste if it's seasoned right.

  • Make burgers of the farce and fry in margarine, 2-3 minutes on each side.

Thousand Island dressing

  • Finely chop red onion, tomato, gherkins and chives.

  • Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together and taste with salt and pepper.

  • Mix in the chopped vegetgables.

Serve with

  • Heat the pitas as instructed on the package.

  • Slice tomato and onion and rinse the salad.
