  • Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into large chunks.

  • Cook in boiling salted water with a little oil.

  • When tender drain and mash them, add some cooking broth if necessary, stir well and taste with salt.

  • Sprinkle salt on the Norwegian salmon loins, brush with oil and cook them on a hot pan for 2 minutes on each side.

Serve the Norwegian Salmon loins with mashed potatoes sprinkled with chopped parsley.
