Tired of your usual burgers? Diners of all ages will love this simple and quick recipe with a salmon twist!
Finely mince the salmon filet, then add salt and pepper. Shape the mixture into 4 flat patties and fry in butter for 2 - 3 minutes on each side until golden.
Toast the slices of bread, on a gridiron if available. Cut in half and put the hamburger on one half with some lettuce leaves, sliced tomato and cucumber. Place the other half of the bread on top.
Mix the cream cheese and cream together and put a spoonful of the mixture on each hamburger. Use a different type of sauce if preferred. Garnish with a thin slice of cucumber and a cherry tomato.
