This recipe with Norwegian salmon and pasta is made in a creamy pesto. This dish is both tasteful and easy to make.
Dice salmon and cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Cook pasta as instructed on the package.
Fry salmon in a pan with butter and olive oil and add cherry tomatoes.
Mix crème fraîche and pesto, and fold in the pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
Add salmon and cherry tomatoes right before serving.
Serve with pine nuts, parmesan cheese and basil.
Tip: Crème fraîche can be replaced with cottage cheese for less fat and more proteins.
