Marit Bjørgens Pasta with Norwegian Salmon in a Creamy Pesto Sauce

This recipe with Norwegian salmon and pasta is made in a creamy pesto. This dish is both tasteful and easy to make.

  • Dice salmon and cut cherry tomatoes in half.

  • Cook pasta as instructed on the package.

  • Fry salmon in a pan with butter and olive oil and add cherry tomatoes.

  • Mix crème fraîche and pesto, and fold in the pasta. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Add salmon and cherry tomatoes right before serving.

Serve with pine nuts, parmesan cheese and basil. 

Tip: Crème fraîche can be replaced with cottage cheese for less fat and more proteins.
