A filet of salmon dressed by Chiara Maci with zucchini and almonds…a treat for the taste buds!
Season the salmon filets with a little oil, dill, salt and pepper.
Grate the zucchini and use to cover the salmon filets thoroughly. Add the flaked almonds. The oil used to season the salmon should hold the mixture together.
Fry in a little olive oil until the outside is golden, or bake at 180° for 8 to 10 minutes.
For a crunchier result, add a spoonful of breadcrumbs on top of the zucchini!
