Procedure

  • Cut salmon into servings and brush with olive oil.

  • Grill the salmon for approx. 2 minutes on each side, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Dice the mango.

  • Pick the leave of the coriander and finely chop chili.

  • Mix mango, coriander and chili with olive oil and lime juice.

  • Taste with salt and pepper.

Serve grilled salmon with mango salad on the side.
