Norwegian salmon is perfect for grilling. A fresh mango salad with hot chili goes well with salmon and doesn't take long to make.
Cut salmon into servings and brush with olive oil.
Grill the salmon for approx. 2 minutes on each side, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Dice the mango.
Pick the leave of the coriander and finely chop chili.
Mix mango, coriander and chili with olive oil and lime juice.
Taste with salt and pepper.
Serve grilled salmon with mango salad on the side.
