Grilled Norwegian Salmon in Pita

When putting grilled salmon in a pita you give the whole family a new grill favorite. Here it is served with a fresh salad with herbs.

Yogurt dressing


  • Cut salmon into servings, brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Fold a sheet of aluminium foil in four, approx. 15 cm big, for each salmon piece. 

  • Brush the foils with oil, place the salmon on and grill approx. 3 minutes on each side.

  • Heat the pitas and open.


  • Slice tomato and chop onion.

  • Peel and slice cucumber.

  • Finely chop parsley, dill and garlic, and tear the salad.

  • Mix red wine vinegar and olive oil, and taste with salt and pepper.

  • Fold the dressing into the salad.

Yogurt dressing

  • Finely chop dill and mix with yogurt.

  • Taste with salt and pepper.

Serve grilled salmon in pitas with salad and yogurt dressing.
