Ceviche with Norwegian Salmon

A ceviche with Norwegian salmon is fresh and tasteful. Here with onion, avocado and mango to compliment the salmon.

Procedure

  • Cut the salmon into dices of approx. 0.5 cm.

  • Thinly cut red onion and spring onion.

  • Dice avocado and use a parisienne scoop to make mango balls.

  • Juice lime and gently mix with salmon, red onion, spring onion, mango, avocado and olive oil.

  • Season with salt and leave for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Serve in small bowls.
