In this recipe serves you favorite barbecue salmon skewers with gremolata, a specialty from Italy where you mix the parsley, garlic and lemon. Easy and delicious!
Heat the barbecue.
Cut salmon fillet into cubes of approx. 3 cm, put them in a bowl and add canola oil.
Turn the pieces so they are covered in oil and thread salmon pieces on a skewer.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and barbeque salmon skewers approx. 2 minutes on each side.
Finely chop the parsley and garlic.
Wash and dry the lemon and grate the outer yellow skin of lemon.
Mix the lemon zest, parsley and garlic.
Serve salmon skewers with gremolata.
Tip: If using wooden skewers soak them in water for approx. 30 minutes before use.
