Barbecued Norwegian Salmon Skewers with Gremolata

In this recipe serves you favorite barbecue salmon skewers with gremolata, a specialty from Italy where you mix the parsley, garlic and lemon. Easy and delicious!

  • Heat the barbecue.

  • Cut salmon fillet into cubes of approx. 3 cm, put them in a bowl and add canola oil.

  • Turn the pieces so they are covered in oil and thread salmon pieces on a skewer.

  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and barbeque salmon skewers approx. 2 minutes on each side.


  • Finely chop the parsley and garlic.

  • Wash and dry the lemon and grate the outer yellow skin of lemon.

  • Mix the lemon zest, parsley and garlic.

Serve salmon skewers with gremolata.

Tip: If using wooden skewers soak them in water for approx. 30 minutes before use.
