This Asian inspired Norwegian salmon dish makes an exotic dinner for the whole family. Fried rice with pepper gives the dish that something extra.
Finely chop chili and garlic, and mix with fish sauce, sesame oil and honey.
Brus the mix on the meat side of the salmon and cut into servings.
Pan-fry the salmon in oil with skin side down for approx. 5 minutes, turn and fry for 1 minute on the other side.
Boil the rice according to the packet instructions, and dice the bell pepper.
Sauté the rice and bell pepper in oil until warm and the pepper begins to soften.
Serve the salmon with the rice.
