Rolls with Smoked Norwegian Salmon and Spinach

Here rolls of smoked Norwegian salmon is fillet with spinach, spring onion and capers. Serve with a capers mayonnaise.

Procedure

  • Cut the salmon into thin slices and spread out on a table or kitchen counter.

  • Cover each slice of salmon with a couple of spinach leaves, onion and a couple of capers. Roll together.

  • Mix mayonnaise with finely chopped capers.

Serve the salmon rolls with the mayonnaise.
