Hot Smoked Spiced Norwegian Salmon with Pasta Salad

  • Cut the salmon into small pieces.

  • Cook pasta as instructed on the package.

  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and dice bell pepper and cucumber.

  • Slice the lettuce.

  • Combine the salad ingredients in a bowl and place the salmon over.

Sour cream dressing

  • Juice lemon and finely chop garlic.

  • Combine sour cream and lemon juice, and mix with garlic and sugar.

  • Taste with pepper and maybe a little salt.

  • Finely chop the basil leaves and mix into the dressing.

  • Fold the dressing into the salad, and garnish with a couple of basil leaves.

Serve the salad with bread on the side.
