Crostini with Smoked Norwegian Salmon

What many might not know is that cheese and smoked salmon is delicious. In this recipe it's served on crostinis with crème fraîche and chives on top. Perfect as tapas.

  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

  • Brush the baguette slices with oil and place on a baking tray.

  • Bake in the oven until golden, about 3 minutes.

  • Place and slice of cheese and a slice of smoked salmon over each baguette slice, and top with a tablespoon of crème fraîche.

Sprinkle with chopped chives, and serve.
