Smoked Norwegian salmon in your lunch sandwich is both healthy and tasteful. Add sour cream, red onion, cucumber and horseradish to the sandwich and it's done.
Cut red onion in slices and marinate in red wine vinegar for 10 minutes.
Cut the baguettes open and spread with sour cream.
Fill the baguettes with smoked salmon, red onion, salad, cucumber and grated horseradish.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with pepper and dill.
Cut each baguette in half and serve.
