Preparation

  • Boil the Norwegian salmon in boiling water and refined rice wine.
  • Prepare 3 slices of cucumber by slicing it lengthwise with a peeler.
  • Chop the Norwegian salmon into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix the mashed potato powder with hot water and add to the mixing bowl.
  • Add 2 tbsp of seasoning sauce and mix evenly.
  • Lay cucumber slices long and divide the amount from Step 5 into three equal parts.
  • Roll up the cucumber and set it up vertically.
  • Put on a plate and pour the remaining seasoning sauce over to finish.
