Preparation
- Boil the Norwegian salmon in boiling water and refined rice wine.
- Prepare 3 slices of cucumber by slicing it lengthwise with a peeler.
- Chop the Norwegian salmon into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
- Mix the mashed potato powder with hot water and add to the mixing bowl.
- Add 2 tbsp of seasoning sauce and mix evenly.
- Lay cucumber slices long and divide the amount from Step 5 into three equal parts.
- Roll up the cucumber and set it up vertically.
- Put on a plate and pour the remaining seasoning sauce over to finish.
