Smokey barbecue salmon

Barbecue salmon fillets wrapped in pancetta – a tasty alternative for a warm summer day! Grilling salmon is easy and delicious.

  • Wash the salmon fillet, pat dry and cut into four equal-sized pieces.
  • Pull the leaves off the rosemary sprigs and finely chop.
  • Finely chop the garlic. Halve the chilli pepper lengthways, remove the seeds and chop it finely.
  • Rub the salmon fillets with the rosemary, garlic, chilli, salt and pepper.
  • Wrap two slices of pancetta ham around each salmon fillet, fixing in place with a skewer.
  • Barbecue the fillets on both sides for 6 minutes.
