Preparation
- Peel potatoes, cut into dices and cook tender in unsalted water.
- Drain well, mash and add milk until the consistency is smooth.
- Add butter and taste with salt and pepper.
- Cut the salmon into servings and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Pan-fry in oil, approx. 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve pan-fried salmon with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
