Preparation
- Season the Norwegian salmon with oregano salt.
- Place the Norwegian salmon and bite-size chopped vegetables on a paper foil, then slice half a lemon thinly and place it on top of the Norwegian salmon.
- Sprinkle the white wine, soy sauce and perilla oil evenly over the salmon.
- Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees, then squeeze half of the remaining lemon to your taste.
