- Roll the salmon fillet in the sesame seeds, slice thinly and transfer to a plate.
- Dice the avocado and cut sugar peas, red onion and spring onion in thin strips.
- Juice lime and mix with chili seeds and fish sauce.
- Toss the vegetables and the cashew nuts in the sauce.
- Serve the salmon and salad with a bowl of soy sauce on the side.
