Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
Place the salmon in an oven-proof dish greased with a little oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in four and pick the leaves off the thyme twig.
Thinly slice the garlic and mix with cherry tomatoes, thyme and olive oil.
Cover the salmon with the mix and add white wine to the dish.
Add butter to the wine and bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
Serve with potatoes, rice or salad.
