Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
- Rinse the pak choi, cut into smaller pieces and mix with half of the teriyaki sauce.
- Add the pak choi to a greased oven-proof dish and place the salmon over.
- Brush the salmon with the rest of the teriyaki sauce and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Toast sesame seeds on a dry frying pan.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the salmon after 15 minutes and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
