Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
Place the salmon in a greased oven-proof dish.
Pour soy sauce and lime juice over the salmon.
Remove the seeds from the chili, and finely chop chili and ginger.
Sprinkle chili and ginger over the salmon and bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
Serve with rice and salad.
