Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
- Rinse the spinach and place in an oven-proof dish greased with olive oil.
- Add cream to the dish and place the salmon fillet over.
- Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
- Bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
