Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
Place the salmon in a greased oven-proof dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix pesto and crème fraîche, and spread over the salmon.
Bake in the oven for approx. 20 mintues.
Toast pine nuts in a pan.
Serve with pine nuts sprinkled over. You can also serve it with mashed potatoes, vegetables or pasta.
