Norwegian Salmon with butter ponzu and mushrooms

  • Slice the onion and cut of the stem of the shimeji mushrooms
  • Melt butter in a frying pan and saute the onions. Add the shimeji mushrooms and fry further.
  • Add the ponzu sauce and water, and simmer lightly
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper
  • Heat the cooking oil in a pan and fry the fillets for 2-4 minutes on each side
  • Serve the salmon with mushroom ponzu sauce and serve with watercress and radish.
  • Serve with rice on the side if you like
