Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
Slice leek and fennel, and place in a greased oven-proof dish.
Place the salmon over the vegetables and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Drizzle the salmon and vegetables with olive oil.
Cover the salmon with cinnamon and sliced almonds, and bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
Mix yogurt with lemon juice and honey.
Serve with yogurt sauce and potatoes of your choice.
