  • Cook rice according to instructions on the package.
  • Dry the salmon fillets lightly with kitchen paper and brush with a little oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the fillets directly on the rack in the air fryer and fry at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Check during cooking so that it does not get overcooked as cooking times may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
  • While the salmon is in the air fryer, mix together the ingredients for the dressing and slice the avocado.
  • Serve salmon with salad, avocado, rice and dressing.
