Ingredients
Preparation
- Cut salmon into 2 cm thin slices and dry with a paper towel.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the salmon.
- Heat oil and butter in a frying pan and add the salmon as soon as the butter is brown.
- Cook the salmon for approx. 1 minute on each side.
Dressing
- Mix sour cream, ketchup, finely chopped onion and paprika powder.
- Add finely chopped chives.
Serving
- Place the salmon in burger buns with tomato, cucumber, salad and onion. Serve the salmon burgers with dressing on top.
Tip: Try adding cheese, pesto, rocket or a spoonful of sweet chili sauce in the burger.
