- Divide the salmon filet into quarters and season with salt and pepper. Fry with a little oil in a non-stick pan for 3 minutes on each side.
- Drain the chickpeas and fry in the same pan (after having put the salmon to one side) with the pine nuts, onions and rosemary for 2 - 3 minutes. Add the lemon juice, butter, salt and pepper.
- Serve the salmon accompanied by the fried chickpeas.
