Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Cut the salmon into dices of approx. 3 cm.
Tear the salad and dice tomato.
Marinade
Mix cumin, crushed garlic, olive oil, paprika powder, cayenne pepper, oregano and lime juice.
Place the salmon in an oven-proof dish and pour the marinade over.
Set the dish in the fridge and leave the salmon to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the salmon with salt, cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake in the oven for approx. 12 minutes.
Serve with
Mix sour cream with lime juice.
Heat the soft tortillas as instructed on the package.
Fill the tortillas with salmon, salad and tomatoes, and serve with lime sour cream, guacamole and brown beans.
