Ingredients
Preparation
Preheat the oven to full heat on grill function.
Cut the salmon into thin slices and place on plates. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Quickly grill the salmon slices on the top shelf in the oven for approx. 20-30 seconds.
Sauce
Finely chop garlic and sauté golden in butter.
Add soy sauce and taste with lemon juice.
Take the seeds out of the pomegranate and add right before serving.
Vegetables
Cut fennel and radish in thin slices and carrot in strips.
Mix the vegetables with olive oil and taste with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the salmon and serve with the vegetables.
