Salsa Verde
- Finely chop the herbs, capers, and anchovies and place them in a bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Let it sit at room temperature until ready to use.
Grilled Norwegian salmon
- Grill the salmon on the grill or in a grill pan for 3-5 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness.
- Transfer to a platter and pour some salsa verde over.
- Garnish with lemons that you have grilled until nicely browned.
Tips: If you use salmon with the skin on, grill it with the skinside down for the best result.
