Salsa Verde

  • Finely chop the herbs, capers, and anchovies and place them in a bowl.

Grilled Norwegian salmon

  • Grill the salmon on the grill or in a grill pan for 3-5 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness.
  • Transfer to a platter and pour some salsa verde over.
  • Garnish with lemons that you have grilled until nicely browned.

Tips: If you use salmon with the skin on, grill it with the skinside down for the best result.
