Preparation
- Cut salmon into servings and brush with olive oil.
- Grill the salmon for approx. 2 minutes on each side, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Serve grilled salmon with mango salad on the side.
Mango salad
- Dice the mango.
- Pick the leave of the coriander and finely chop chili.
- Mix mango, coriander and chili with olive oil and lime juice.
- Taste with salt and pepper.
