Preparation
- Cut the salmon into servings, brush with oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Place the salmon skinside down in a greased double gridiron.
- Grill the salmon for approx. 5 minutes with skinside down, turn and grill 1-2 minutes on the other side.
- Cut fennel into small dices, and mix with sour cream and chopped chives.
- Serve the salmon with the fennel and rocket on the side.
