Preparation
- Cut the salmon into servings and place in small bowls made out of aluminium foil.
- Divide butter, finely chopped tarragon, lemon slices, salt and pepper over the salmon.
- Close the foils and grill for approx. 4 minutes.
- Then leave the packages on low heat for a couple of minutes.
- Peel asparagus and grill until tender, approx. 2 minutes on each side.
- Toss the asparagus in olive oil and taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve grilled salmon with asparagus, bread and salad.
