Preparation
- Finely chop chili and garlic, and mix with fish sauce, sesame oil and honey.
 - Brush the mix on the meat side of the salmon and cut into servings.
 - Pan-fry the salmon in oil with skin side down for approx. 5 minutes, turn and fry for 1 minute on the other side.
 - Boil the rice according to the packet instructions, and dice the bell pepper.
 - Sauté the rice and bell pepper in oil until warm and the pepper begins to soften.
 - Serve the salmon with the rice.
