Black Pepper Sauce
- Blend whole peppers, Shio Kombu, sugar, and oyster sauce in a blender until it is not coarse to make the black pepper sauce.
Shio Kombu Butter
- Place the butter and Shio Kombu on a pan on low heat for 5-10 minutes to make the Shio Kombu butter.
Truffle Mayo
- Put mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, light soy sauce, and truffle oil in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Oven-baked Norwegian Red King Crab Leg
- Remove the upper layer of shell from Norwegian red king crab legs then coat it with Shio Kombu butter and black pepper sauce. Then place in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Remove the Norwegian red king crab legs from the oven and place them on a plate with truffle mayonnaise, dill, and potato chips.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
