Preparation
Remove the meat from the legs and pan-fry on medium heat in a little oil for approx. 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cut into even cubes.
Cut mango in thin slices, then in strips of 1x8 cm.
Lay the mango strips in a cross and place a piece of crab in the middle.
Fold up the sides so you get a little cube.
Serve the cubes with a little salmon roe on top.
