Chili-sauce
- Put the lao-gan-ma sauce, sesame oil, black vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, whole black-peppers, minced garlic, and sesame in the bowl and mix well.
Dumplings
- Mix steamed Norwegian red king crab body meat, Norwegian red king crab innards, chopped celery, chopped chives, minced dill, cream cheese, salt, and pepper to create the dumping filling.
- Place the Norwegian red king crab filing on the dumpling skin. Then, lightly touch the dumpling skin with water then fold the dumpling skin.
- Place the dumplings in the steamer for 5 minutes.
- Carefully transfer the dumplings onto a dish and sprinkle it with lao gan ma sauce. Then, sprinkle it with Sichuan and majiao peppers and finish it off by adding celery leaves and other herbs that go along with the dish.
