Wok with Norwegian prawns

There are no rules when it comes to wok cooking! Frozen, peeled Norwegian prawns are quick to add, making them the perfect ingredient for any wok recipe!

  • Make the sauce by mixing together all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  • Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the packet and place them in another bowl. Pour over a little of the sauce to let them take on the flavour and save the rest. 
  • Toast the chopped cashew nuts and sesame seeds in a dry frying pan and set aside.
  • Chop the vegetables and wok-fry them in oil together with a crushed clove of garlic.
  • Add the prawns towards the end and then add the rest of the sauce.
  • Divide the noodles across four plates and place the vegetables and prawns on top.
  • Garnish with the nuts, sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
