Preparation
- Mix the sweet and sour sauce with the prawns and set aside.
- Warm the tortilla wraps according to the instructions on the packet.
- Finely chop the red onion and chili, dice the avocado into cubes and chop the lettuce into strips.
- Mix the guacamole ingredients together, squeeze in the lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Toast sesame seeds in a dry frying pan and set on a sheet of kitchen paper.
- Add the sesame seeds to the prawns and mix well.
- Place the guacamole mix and the prawns on a tortilla wrap.
- Sprinkle over the grated cheese and serve.
Tip! You can use both tortilla wraps and shells for this recipe. Use whatever is your favourite.
