- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Cut the onion into cubes, and finely chop the garlic and parsley.
- Fry the bacon in a frying pan until crispy and place it on a plate.
- Fry the onion and garlic in a frying pan and set aside.
- Whisk together the egg yolk, milk, parmesan, salt, pepper and parsley, and heat in a saucepan while stirring.
- Add the prawns, pasta, bacon and onion mixture, and mix well.
- Serve the prawn pasta with salad and wholemeal bread.
