- Mix the sweet chili sauce with the prawns and set aside
- Heat up the tortilla wraps according to the instructions on the packet
- Finely chop the red onion and chili, dice the avocado and cut the salad into strips
- Mix the salad ingredients together, squeeze over the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper
- Sauté the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan and place them on a paper towel
- Add the sesame seeds to the prawns and mix well
- Spread the salad mixture and prawns over the tortilla wraps
- Serve the tacos with the grated cheese sprinkled on top
