Finely garlic, tomato and herbs.
Peel grapefruit, divide into wedges and remove the skin. Another method you can use is filleting.
Toast pine nuts in a dry pan.
Mix garlic, tomato, herbs, grapefruit, pine nuts and feta in a bowl, and add the prawns.
Leave the mix in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Serve with
Preheat the oven to 225 °C.
Cut potato in 1-2 cm thick slices along.
Place them on a baking tray with baking paper, brush with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Cook in the oven for approx. 15 minutes, until soft and golden.
Remove the mix from the refrigerator.
Pour away excess fluid from the prawn mix, add olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the marinated prawns with the potato slices and salad.
