- Cut the Norwegian mackerel into large chunks.
- Stir-fry the green onions with olive oil in a frying pan to make green onion oil. When the onion smell rises, add Norwegian mackerel and season with salt.
- Mix in water in the pan and fry together.
- Add the prepared noodles and stir-fry over high heat to mix well. If the broth has evaporated, add a little water and stir-fry.
- Roll the noodles on a plate, place Norwegian mackerel on top, and sprinkle with pepper and parsley to finish.
