  1. Cut the Norwegian mackerel into large chunks.
  2. Stir-fry the green onions with olive oil in a frying pan to make green onion oil. When the onion smell rises, add Norwegian mackerel and season with salt.
  3. Mix in water in the pan and fry together.
  4. Add the prepared noodles and stir-fry over high heat to mix well. If the broth has evaporated, add a little water and stir-fry.
  5. Roll the noodles on a plate, place Norwegian mackerel on top, and sprinkle with pepper and parsley to finish.
