Preparation
- Cut mackerel into portions.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice, and brush with oil.
- Fry on the grill for approx. 2 minutes on each side.
- Cut zucchini in long, thin slices with a cheese slicer or a knife, and cut tomato in half.Brush the vegetables with oil, sprinkle with rosemary and
- fry on the grill next to the mackerel.
- Serve grilled mackerel with vegetables, potato salad and bread.
