Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Peel the onion and cut it in thin slices.
Sizzle the onion in a little bit of butter until soft.
Peel the potatoes and cut them lengthwise into thin sticks.
Put layers of potatoes, onion and gravlax in an oven-proof dish.
The bottom layer should be potato and it looks nice if the top layer is salmon.
Spoon out the butter on top.
Mix cream and milk and add the mixture to the dish.
Cover with breadcrumbs.
Bake in the oven for approx. 45 minutes.
Let the dish set and cool slightly before serving.
