Preparation
- Cut the Fjord Trout in servings.
- Combine sugar, chili powder, cumin, thyme, salt and olive oil, and brush the fish with the seasoning on both sides.
- Grill the Fjord Trout for approx. 4 minutes on each side.
Potato salad
- Cook potato, peel and cut into smaller pieces.
- Chop spinach, slices raddish, finely chop red onion and coarsley chop dill.
- Mix the potato with spinach, raddish, red onion, dill, sour cream, mayonnaise and grated horseradish.
To serve
- Serve the Fjord Trout with potato salad on the side.
